RENOVATED IN 2019
Our studios were completely renovated early 2019 in order to meet all your wishes as a guest of our stay.
We have used beautiful, sustainable materials with an eye for detail and with attention to the environment. With automatic LED lighting, smart radiator knobs, saving valves and extra floor and wall insulation, we try to limit emissions as much as possible.
We hope you have a wonderful time with us, and of course – a lot of Joy at the Beach.

DUTCH GP RETURNS ON SEP 3RD 2021
Finally, it is official that Formula 1 is returning to The Netherlands in 2021! This is a dream coming true for millions of sport fans in The Netherlands! Not only is it a fantastic sporting event coming to the country, but it also gives Dutch fans the opportunity to cheer for their own hero Max Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel from up close.
And YES – we do have rooms available for the Dutch GP on May 3rd!

Hi there,
We are Joy and Rutger, and since a couple of years we rent out a part of our beautiful home to share our excitement about our hometown with guests from all over the world.
Since we both work full time, we are not always at home and we can’t always help you right away, so we have decided to work together with a local travel agent; Dionne, from Smiling Host.
She is the best and will make sure you have an amazing stay.
